This chart is not intended as a substitute for consulting the TAC, which has other provisions and details. img2Welcome! Dallas, Texas based Nova Academy is an open enrollment charter school that was opened in Dallas, Texas, in August of 1998, with an initial enrollment of 80 students. Today, Nova Academy is a K-6 learning community of two campuses with 525 students.

NOVA ACADEMY educates all students in a multi-cultural environment where parents and the community serve as partners in acheiving academic excellence of our students. Nova Academy, in compliance with state and federal law, does not discriminate in admission, employment, or administration of its programs and activities on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, or ancestry.

Nova Academy serves two locations Nova Bruton and Nova Scyene. Both schools are rated recognized, meets AYP according to Texas Education Agency 2009 Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) report.
