| Objectives: (1) Determine if the passing standard was met on the appropriate assessment instruments and core subjects for grades 3rd and 5th. (2) Determine by unanimous decision, in accordance with the standards for promotion established by the local school board that the student is likely to perform at grade level at the end of the next year given accelerated instruction. | ||
